Autumn Trails Riding Holiday 2020

Enjoy an autumn get away with a late season guided riding holiday. This is often a lovely time of year to experience the beautiful colours of autumn. All you need to do is wrap up a bit warmer in exchange for fresh air, stunning scenery and log fires on your return !

Itinerary

  • Monday – Arrive from 12 noon to settle into your accommodation and get ready for an afternoon ride lasting approx. 1.5 hrs starting at 2pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, meet in the stable yard at 9.am, groom and tack up your horse ready for a morning ride returning to the stables by 1pm.  
  • One afternoon non-riding activity ie, groundwork or lunging demonstration with an opportunity to have a go if you wish !  
  • Social get togethers in the evening with options to visit the pub. 
  • Accommodation provided in one of our luxury onsite cottages either staying in your own house, or your own ensuite room with a shared kitchen.  
  • This is a self-catering holiday so you will need to brig everything you need for your meals. We provide milk, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper. We have three fabulous local pubs serving evening meals as well local takeaway pizza, Indian and Chinese. 
  • Small groups with a maximum of 5 places per holiday.
  • Professional guides and well organised supported trails, everything you have come to expect from Stonetrail. 
  • Super friendly, easy to ride forward going horses

Please email or call to make a booking or to find out more. £100 non refundable deposit required at the time of booking and final balance due 3 weeks before. Full refund if ride is unable to go ahead ( our decision ). We reget we are unable to refund payments or offer a change of date for cancellations of any kind made within 3 weeks of your holiday.

  • Social get togethers in the evening with options to visit the pub. 
  • Accommodation provided in one of our luxury onsite cottages either staying in your own house, or your own ensuite room with a shared kitchen.
